Do you want to know the exact quantity of raw materials needed to manufacture on unit of your finished products? Do you want to know the quantity of raw materials required to manufacture 1,000 units of your finished product? All this is possible using our bill of materials module.  

Whenever a new order comes in you can now check the raw materials required. Thus now you will not have excess inventory stored in your warehouse, as you would know exactly how much you want to produce and the exact amount of raw materials needed for this purpose. You will never run out of stock of any important raw material, as you would know how much raw materials would be needed from before hand.

With Bill Of Materials, You Can: 

§          Ability to enter Bill of Material in a detailed or summarized fashion

§          The system provides for add, change, delete and query for bill of material data as on a given date

§          All product structures are maintained as a single level bill of material; however, the system generates the exploded multiple level bill of material whenever necessary

§          Multiple Options for a single Bill of Material for customized finished product by customer

§          Each component on a bill has its own effective date and inactive date; the system derives the required structure based on these effective dates

§          Engineering change orders can also be maintained; if desired engineering change orders can be linked to one or many bills of material

 Reports and queries you will get:

 §          Single-level bill of materials

§          Indented explosion to as many levels as required

 §          Details include item serial no., component code, component description, level, quantity per assembly, effective date and inactive date can be generated by component code or by serial number

§          Summary bill of materials

§          Details include assembly number, quantity per assembly, effective date and inactive date

§          Gives all the higher levels up to the topmost structure in which a given component is used

§          Engineering change order history of a part

§          Gives the details of al the engineering change orders that have been linked to the given item code
