How much do you need to manufacture?

Using the manufacturing order module you can design the production process in accordance with your sales so that you will not manufacture unwanted items, you will not have over stock and you will always deliver the products in time to all your customers.

With Manufacturing Orders, You Can:

§          Details for each transaction include reference, date, analysis details (planner code etc.), item code, quantity to be produced, due date, job priority and status

§          Types of transactions are planned manufacturing order entry, order release, kitting material, direct material issues, order completion, de-kitting

§          Integration with inventory provides for stock updating and inquiry

§          Facility to amend (and print) documents such as kit list

§          details include order number, date, status, item quantity, completed quantity, pending quantity, costs allocated

§          Shortage report

§          shows projected shortage on released/kitted manufacturing orders

§          Manufacturing orders scheduled for kitting

§          shows scheduled issues for manufacturing orders which have been released

§          Component availability report

§          shows the availability of individual components for released and un-kitted orders

§          also calculates the maximum number of finished parts that can be built based on the availability

§          Completed manufacturing orders analysis

§          details include order number, item code, due date, completion date, quantity completed, accepted quantity, rejected quantity

§          can be printed for range of finished item codes or all finished Item codes

Integration with other modules:

§          Links to BOM for components required for standard production and for BOM Option number for particular customer.

§          Links to General Ledger for transfer of summarized transactions

§          Links to Inventory for stock inquiry and updating; finish Item completion are transferred
